About the role

Responsible for structured analysis of complex data environments and production of decision-support intelligence for NSIGNIS FORUM clients across the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Produce structured analytical assessments to defined standards and deadlines
  • Design and operate monitoring and indicator frameworks
  • Brief client leadership and internal advisory teams
  • Contribute to threat and risk assessments across engagements

Required experience

  • Significant professional experience in military or law-enforcement intelligence analysis, structured research or an equivalent analytical discipline
  • Demonstrated use of structured analytical techniques
  • Fluent in English, Excellent writing skills; ability to write for senior decision-makers

Desired experience

  • OSINT tradecraft and information-environment analysis
  • Experience in crisis, security or geopolitical contexts
  • Additional European languages

About the role

Advise clients on communications strategy, MarCom, message architecture and stakeholder engagement in preparedness programmes and live crisis environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop communications strategies, MarCom and message frameworks
  • Support clients during active incidents, including out-of-hours response
  • Prepare spokespeople and executive communicators
  • Draft high-stakes external and internal communications

Required experience

  • Professional experience in strategic communications, public affairs or crisis communications
  • Track record of writing under pressure to a high standard
  • Fluent English; Bulgarian / Italian / German languages an advantage

About the role

Support the design and delivery of crisis preparedness programmes: frameworks, playbooks, exercises and readiness assessments for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Research and draft crisis frameworks and playbook content
  • Support the design and running of exercises and simulations
  • Maintain engagement documentation to professional standards

Required experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (security studies, communications, political science, risk, or similar)
  • Strong writing and organisational skills
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian
